Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection
You have a number of rights regarding the protection of your personal data.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact me via email at info@martina-morlet.cz.
Right to Information: This right is already fulfilled by this informational page with the principles of personal data processing.
Right of Access: You may request at any time for me to provide, within 21 days, information on what personal data I process about you and for what purpose.
Right to Rectification: If any of your personal data changes, or if you find your data to be inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data updated and corrected.
Right to Restriction of Processing: You may exercise this right if you believe that I am processing inaccurate data, processing unlawfully, but do not wish to delete the data, or if you have raised an objection to the processing. You can restrict the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending marketing communications.)
Right to Data Portability: If you wish to transfer your personal data to another party, we will proceed as with the right of access, with the difference that I will send you the information in a machine-readable format. This requires at least 30 days.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Another right you have is the right to erasure. While I do not want to forget you, you have the right to request it. In such a case, I will delete all of your personal data from my system and from the systems of all third-party processors and backups. I will need 30 days to ensure the erasure. In certain cases, I may be obligated by law to retain certain data, such as tax documents for the legally required period. In such cases, I will erase all personal data that is not subject to other legal retention. You will be notified by email once the erasure is complete.
Complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority: If you feel that I am not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz). I would greatly appreciate it if you first inform me of any concerns, so that I can address the issue and correct any potential errors.
Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Marketing Communications: I send emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services to you if you are my customer, based on my legitimate interest. If you are not yet my customer, I send these emails only based on your consent. In both cases, you can unsubscribe from my emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email I send.
Confidentiality
I would like to assure you that my platform providers, who will process your personal data, are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding your personal data and the security measures in place, the disclosure of which could jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the contractual relationship with us has ended. Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third parties.
The personal data processing principles are valid from September 1, 2024.
